Rhubarb and rosemary

I must admit that that rhubarb and rosemary jam really is rather nice. Not sweet, with a nice texture, and a great set. But the woody bits of rosemary are a bit disconcerting. I think next time (and there will be a next time) I let the rosemary sit in the maceration stage, but fish the sprigs out before the game ends.

Or I try rhubarb ginger jam instead.

Grade: 4 (out of 5)
(Full marks for taste, loses a point for the rosemary spears)
